Mission Statement in English	Established in 1992, the Sacramento Mandarin School (S.M.S.), as a non-profit, educational organization, enters her ninth year of the excellence in Chinese teaching and dedication of the promoting Chinese culture. In the beginning of the new century, the Sacramento Mandarin School will continue her earnest commitment of servicing the Greater Sacramento area, engaging in the stronger binding of community participation, and carry the traditional Chinese friendship with the mainstream America into the new Millennium.
