Mission Statement in English	The mission of the SacramentoChinese.com is to use internet technology to deliver information about economic, cultural, and social developments in a faster, better and more efficient way in order to achieve the following goals: (1) To provide useful information to members of the Chinese community and new immigrants with language limitations; (2) To encourage communications and cooperation among all Chinese and Chinese community-based organizations; (3) To help younger generations of Chinese and people of all ethnic backgrounds understand the Chinese culture and heritages; (4) To promote the integration of the Chinese community into the mainstream American society so that harmony, development, and prosperity will continue to thrive in the Chinese community and all over the State of California.
Mission Statement in Traditional Chinese	加州首府華人網站是在千禧龍年開始之際，由加州首府沙加緬度地區的華人專業人士創辦的一個中英文的雙語網站。其宗旨是運用現代互聯網技術，更快、更好、更有效地傳遞各種有利於本地區經濟、文化和社會發展的信息，為當地華人同胞和新到美國的朋友們提供有用的資訊，增進華人社區及各社團之間的交流與合作，幫助年青一代及各族裔的朋友了解中華文化和傳統，促進本地區華人與主流社會的融合，從而使到整個社會和諧發展、興旺繁榮。本網站目前設有：城市風貌、政府信息、社區服務、生活指南、人物專集、及中華之窗等類欄目。既向公眾傳播各項政府部門公佈的有關政策法規與涉及華人社區的重要決策，又及時發佈各社團活動的信息，也為本地工商各界及專業人士（尤其是華人工商業及專業人士）擴大宣傳，從而使各族裔的消費者得到更好的服務。加州首府華人網站(SacramentoChinese.com)是加州華人e-資訊公司（California Chinese e-Resources,Inc.)的子機構。加州華人e-資訊公司是在加州註冊的非牟利機構。其經費和收入，除維持日常的運作之外，將回歸於社會的福利和社區的服務。本網站的工作人員正在努力完善網站的內容和設計，衷心希望得到各界人士的大力支持和贊助。
