Mission Statement in English	The goal of this committee is to share and educate the people of the State of California of various cultures and traditions of the Asian / Pacific Islanders. In order to accomplish this, employee who wish to participate and are employed within the departments under the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the Asian / Pacific Islander Heritage Day celebration to be held in May of each year.
