Mission Statement in English	Asian Pacific Community Counseling (APCC) is a community-based, nonprofit tax-exempt agency with a mission to promote the well-being of individuals and families through culturally and linguistically relevant, relationship-based counseling, outreach, prevention, and education with an emphasis on Asian Pacific Islander communities. We provide services using a multilingual and multicultural approach. Organized originally as "Stepping Stones" by concerned members of the Asian community in 1976, APCC incorporated in 1977. APCC educates and assists API people to identify and develop solutions for the social, educational and health related problems confronting their families and communities. Our Board of Directors and staff serve as community advocates and educators, especially on issues related to the inadequacy of services among the Asian Pacific Islander populations.
